The documents that support your rental application are secured with 256 bit encryption upon upload.

Once received, 77th Meridian, LLC handles and stores them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We accept documents in .pdf or .jpg formats:

• Driver's license for each applicant            (required)
• 1 month of Pay Stubs for each applicant  (required)
• Bank statements                                      (if requested)
• Employment offer letters                          (if requested)
• Federal tax returns                                   (if requested)
